What is the privileges in Orange 4G services?

What can I do if I could not access the internet?
  • You have to check that the Internet service is working on your SIM card by contacting the customer service number or by visiting the nearest Orange shop and the customer service representative will be glad to assist you.
Can I use the current active Internet Package on my line while roaming?
  • No, The internet packages can only be used locally and can't be used while roaming, but you can subscribe to one of the Internet Roaming packages.
Is there an automatic renewal for the Internet monthly packages for the prepaid line?
  • Yes, but there must be enough credit in your balance on the renewal date in order to deduct the monthly subscription.
Will the internet package be removed if there is no enough credit renewal date?
  • No, the internet package will not be removed, but you will have to recharge your credit balance and once you recharge the package will be renewed
Will the Internet package be cancelled immediately after unsubscribing?
  • Yes, the package will be cancelled immediately. So you can subscribe to any different internet package you prefer. In case of no subscription, you will be charged according to the "Pay As you consume" prices.
What can I do after consuming the internet package before renewal date?

    upon full consumption of the internet package, you can dial #222*222# or through My Orange app and choose of the following options:

  1. Renew your package
  2. Add extension package
  3. Add “ Keep Connected” package and use the internet at lower speed and you will have 1000 MBs to use on WhatsApp on high speed
