Uninstall any older USB modem software on your PC or laptop prior to using the new USB modem.

  • Insert the SIM card in the new USB modem
  • Plug in your modem into your laptop or PC
  • Follow the installation instructions wizard
  • Open "Orange Internet Application" and click "Connect"
  • Once you connect to the Internet, and when you open a browser page, you will get redirected to the info registration page where you can know you Internet line number, enter your contact details, validate your place of birth and get a free account on Orange website that will give you free access to manage all aspects of your Internet account
  • Upon completing the required info and pressing submit, your Internet package will be automatically activated. Your default package will be "GO 30" package, unless you have already requested another package upon purchase
  • Uninstall any older USB modem software on your PC or laptop
  • Download the right file for your modem model from the links below
  • Plug in your USB modem
  • Double click on the downloaded file
  • Follow the installation instructions
  • USB Modem Software version 5 for ZTE MF 667 & Alcatel X602

  • Login to your account and press on the "Subscribe" button in the Internet section
  • You will receive a notification SMS to confirm your subscription to the package of your choice

Through "My Orange" Mobile Application

  • Select "Internet Packages"
  • Select "Subscribe"
  • Select the Internet package that best suits you
  • You will receive a notification SMS to confirm your subscription to the package of your choice

For Internet Lines

For GO Packages:

  • You can add an extension package through #100#, or through My Orange or through Orange website
  • Extension package validity will end with your package cycle end date.
  • For prepaid customers, you can renew your package through #100#
  • The out of package price will be 12 pts/MB.
  • You can also subscribe to Extra Unlimited for EGP10/month, to continue surfing the Internet on a lower speed of 32 kbps, even when your package is fully consumed with no additional cost.

For Online Packages:

  • After finishing the inclusive megabytes of your package, you have the flexibility to choose what happens next:
    • You can purchase an extension package from the available ones, according to your package; the extension package can be purchased as a one-time extension, or you can choose to renew it on monthly basis with your main Internet package
    • You can continue to be charged per extra MB for EGP 0.25 for all monthly online packages
    • To purchase an extension package, just follow the same steps for subscription but choose "Extend", then choose "One-time extension" or "Renew it monthly with your main package"

  • Login to your account and press on the "Recharge" button
  • Insert the scratch card number and follow the steps
  • Once your account has been recharged with the required value, press on the "Manage" button in the Internet section
  • You will get a page with your package consumption, remaining MBs and renewal date; as well as options to add extension package or change your current package

Through "My Orange" Mobile Application

From your device through #100#

  • Call #100#
  • Select "My Bill and Balance"
  • Select "Credit Recharge"
  • Choose to recharge your own line or another line
  • Insert the scratch card number
  • Go back to the main page
  • Select "Internet"
  • Select "Internet Packages"
  • Select "Extend” or “Change package”

Through SMS

  • Send a free SMS to 455 containing #102*Recharge_Code#
  • You can unsubscribe from any internet package by following the same subscription steps, just choose "Unsubscribe" instead of "Subscribe"
  • You can change to GO packages at any time free by dialing #100#
  • Changing between online packages and GO packages you must unsubscribe and re-subscribe again in the new GO package
  • At the hotspot location, open your device Wi-Fi settings and choose Orange Wi-Fi network
  • Open your browser
  • Sign up or login with your registered mobile number and password
  • On the registration page, you will be asked to enter your mobile number. You will receive a verification code on that number.
  • Enter the verification code on Orange Wi-Fi home page, and enjoy the Internet
  • How to pay through Premium SMS (for Orange customers only)
    • Login to Orange Wi-Fi home page, and then send an SMS from your mobile to 95444 for EGP 5
    • You will receive a confirmation SMS and the charges will be deducted from your credit balance or added to your monthly bill.
  • Non-Orange customers can pay through scratch cards, credit cards
