  • How to buy a new line

  • eSIM activation
    • Open the Max it application
    • Go to the "Buy new line" section
    • Select your plan
    • Choose or search for your special number
    • Select your delivery method
    • Select your payment method and proceed with payment

  • When you receive the new SIM card, proceed with the following steps:

    • Insert the new SIM in your mobile
    • Ensure that you are connected to a WiFi network
    • Scan or enter the new SIM card serial number (we will get your SIM ready to enter the verification steps)
    • Enable then disable airplane mode from your mobile's settings
    • Re-open the Max it application and go to the "My Requests" section
    • Enter your national ID number
    • Press "Start verification"
    • Follow the eKYC steps
    • Confirm the e-Contract (make sure to navigate through all contract pages)
    • For FREEmax lines, make sure to recharge your new line to activate your bundle

  • Please note the following before activation:

    • eSIM QR code expires within 5 days if not used.
    • You can’t activate your eSIM line if you are outside Egypt.
    • Make sure your device supports eSIM before scanning the QR code.
    • Don’t scan the eSIM QR code from your watch.
    • Don’t delete the eSIM profile from your device.

    After payment on the application, proceed with the following steps:

    • Save the QR code (it will be saved to your gallery / photos)
    • Go to your mobile settings to add a new eSIM
    • Scan the saved QR code
    • Close and re-open the Max it application, then go to "My Requests"
    • Press "Activate"
    • Enable then disable airplane mode
    • Continue with the eKYC verification steps
