PREMIER Installment terms &
conditions
- Handset installment eligibility requires no suspension
occurred over the past 3 months
due to unpaid bills.
- Installment limit is based on your tariff.
- You will be eligible for installment offer after 6 months
from activation on Postpaid,
following different upfront percentage & installment
duration based on your lifetime on
Postpaid.
- No change of ownership should be done for any dial that has
an open installment;
accordingly, you should wait until installment duration
is over or settle the remaining
installments in order to change the ownership of the
dial.
- You can settle partial or full amount of the open
installments using “the early
settlement” feature.
- Upon paying all the open installments through early
settlement, you can to install
another device.
- Installment feature will be availed to all devices or
accessories above EGP 500.
- You will sign a form stating that you have received a device
from Orange and that Orange
is entitled to take legal action in case the amount is
not paid in full.
- You must fill and sign the trust receipt and the
installments in person.
- You must show two identification documents in order to get
the installments.
- National ID is required
- And one of the following:
a.Driver’s license
b.Passport
c.Utility bill
- In case you are not Egyptian, therefore you must bring the
below documents:
- Valid Passport and residency to cover installment
period.
- Direct debit from local bank.
- Guarantor: Letterhead from Company OR Letterhead
from embassy OR Egyptian guarantor
to sign the installments forms.
- Any of the extra payments of the device can be paid by any
payment method:
- Point redemptions.
- Premier handset voucher.
- Your line must be active (without disconnection/ suspension
or deactivation).
- No due amount on the eligible dial even if the dial was on
active status
