Speed downgrade applies to the old Internet packages only. Please ensure that you didn't use 100% of your package, as the speed gets downgraded to 64 Kbps after the package reaches the fair usage policy, but you can restore the original high speed by purchasing extension packages. Customers on Online packages are not subject to speed downgrade.
