Dorothée was appointed as a board member of Orange Egypt in February
2023.
Dorothée Vignalou has over 25 years of experience in finance in the telecommunications
sector, acting for the Orange Group.
Since February 2023, Dorothée Vignalou is Chief Financial Officer of Orange Middle East
and Africa (OMEA), monitoring the performance of 17 Orange subsidiaries representing 143 million
customers, and over €7 billion consolidated revenues. She was previously acting as deputy CFO of this
perimeter (from March 2018 to January 2023), contributing to the transformation of the company into the
primary growth engine of the Orange Group, focusing on improved capital allocation and sustainable value
creation.
Before joining OMEA, she served as Head of Central Controlling and Finance solutions of
Orange Business, the Orange Group entity addressing multinational clients in 65 countries with 29 000
employees. She was leading an international finance team in Paris, London, and Bratislava, in charge of
steering the performance of this €7 billion revenues B2B worldwide entity.
Previously, Dorothée Vignalou has held several positions at Group level, as auditor, controller and
project manager in charge of designing and deploying Group finance solutions for reporting and
consolidation in France and Europe.
Dorothée Vignalou holds a master’s degree in finance graduated from Institut d'Etudes
Politiques (Paris) and complemented his education with a senior executive program in finance and
management from ESCP Europe. She is certified as non-executive director by the French Institute of
Non-Executive Directors (IFA) and Science Po Paris and serves as member of the board and audit committee
of several OMEA subsidiaries.
