How it works:

• Dial #13# directly from your line, or #100# and select My balance
• Call 400 and select balance inquiry

Price:

• Receive the SMS Free once per day when dialing #13# or #100# or 400, any extra request will be EGP 0.10

Check the remaining credit in your main balance and the units in your bucket.

• Call 400 from your mobile and choose option 2
• Login to your account www.orange.eg or My Orange application

Know the cost of your last call and the remaining credit or units in your balance.

Service details:

• You will receive the After Call Notification after any call
• 1 piaster will be added to the call cost for every notification sent for any charged call.
• For usage from prepaid daily buckets and Star Control, the After Call Notification will be sent for free.
• Any free call; that is not deducted from your main balance, will be sent for free
