Control who reaches you and when. Block service enables you to create Black and White lists as well as activate the "Do Not Disturb" option

  • With the Black List, you can block up to 20 numbers from reaching you
  • With the White List, you can allow only up to 20 numbers to reach you
  • With the Do Not Disturb option, you can block all calls from reaching you

EGP 5 per month (for the three services black list, white list and do not disturb, all the numbers you would like to block or have in your white list)

The monthly subscription is valid for 30 days and is renewed automatically.

The daily subscription is valid for only one day and it is renewed automatically.

Did you know?

If you want to block any number simply send it via SMS to 505 for free (if you are subscribed in the service)

How it works:

The service is free.

You will always be notified with the cost of the call and the remaining credit in your balance.

Service Details:

  • You will receive the After Call Notification after any call.
  • 1 pts will be added to every notification sent for any charged call.
  • For usage within Prepaid daily buckets and Star Control, the After Call Notification will be sent for free.
  • Any free call; that is not deducted from your main balance, will be sent for free.

Availability:

All prepaid, star control , postpaid and business customers.

Subscription:

The service is offered for all customers by default.

  1. Dial #100#
  2. Then choose "My Services"
  3. Then choose "After Call Notification"

If your mobile is inaccessible or you don’t want to be disturbed, you can forward your calls to any other local number of your choice.

How it works:

How to get it:

You can keep connected and share moments as well as situations with your beloved ones, simply by having a handset that supports the video call service and has the 3G service configured on.

Price:

  • The price for any local video call is EGP 0.75/minute
  • The price of any international video call is EGP 7/minute

You don’t have the time to receive calls? Now you can reject and send a predefined text message to the caller.

How it works:

The service is automatically available on all new SIM cards purchased from Orange shops and you don't need to subscribe to the service.

The service does not work while roaming.

The Call Tone is a new entertaining service, which replaces the standard ringtone that your caller listens to when they dial your number. So, you can choose a song for your callers to hear before you pick up a call.

To subscribe to the Call Tone service:

  • Through "SMS & IVR" on your mobile phone
    • Send a message to 9999 with T followed by the tone code. Example: T1234
  • Directly call 9999 and follow the steps for the voice service.

To cancel the Call Tone service:

You can cancel the Call Tone service from Orange by sending a code or calling to unsubscribe from the Call Tone service:

  • Send the word "UNSUB" to 9999.
  • Call 9999, and choose Unsubscribe from the menu.

The cost of the Call Tone service is as follows:

  • The minute rate to 9999 is 0.50 EGP per minute.
  • The message to the number 9999 is free of charge, and only the price of the call tone song will be charged.
  • The price of renewing the call tone is 3 EGP per month.
  • The price of the music box is 10 EGP, and there are two ways to use the music box:
    • Send a free SMS to 9999 with BoxID.
    • Choose the Music Box menu by calling 9999.
    • Call 9999
    • Press 3 to browse the Music Box.

  • You can allocate a unique call tone to a group of callers by calling 9999, then pressing 6 to manage the group.
  • You can send a call tone as a gift to one of your friends in two ways, either by calling 9999 and choosing the gift menu. Or send a free message to 9999 with G + song code + phone number.
