How to get it?

Now you can benefit from the Public Prosecution's services, whether for traffic, family, or criminal cases, free of charge for one month for inquiries. Orange Cash offers you the following services:

  • Inquiry and payment of traffic violations for yourself and others
  • Appealing and settling traffic violations
  • Obtaining a traffic clearance certificate and receiving it via post office
  • Obtaining an inheritance certificate, court ruling, or certificate from the case schedule, and many other services.
  • To benefit from the service, you must ensure the accuracy of your information and the required attachments for the Public Prosecution to review your request. You will receive a response within 24 hours. After reviewing your request, the Public Prosecution will determine the fees and send a payment notification. To complete the request, you pay the fees via Orange Cash within 24 hours for criminal cases and 72 hours for family cases.

    The Egyptian Post delivers Public Prosecution requests within two business days to Cairo and Giza and five business days to the rest of the governorates. You can track your shipment on the Post Office website using the shipment code that will appear in the "My Orders" section.

      • Family and Criminal Prosecution:

      • The service recipient must enter their personal data and case information accurately. The Public Prosecution bears no responsibility for incorrect data or any resulting fees.
      • Supporting documents proving legal status must be attached when requested, and no documents unrelated to the request will be accepted.
      • The service fee must be paid upon submitting the request through the applicant’s electronic wallet. In case of any error during payment, the service recipient must contact the electronic wallet service provider.
      • The applicant receives a reference number to follow up on the request status via text messages.
      • The Public Prosecution reserves the right to reject the request without providing reasons within 48 hours from the submission date. The applicant will receive text messages specifying the date for receiving the requested service.
      • The applicant must select all violations they wish to contest and choose a reason for grievance from the available options. It is not permitted to file a grievance later for violations not originally selected.
      • When selecting the reason “Repeated Violation,” the original and repeated violations must be specified for review.
      • The grievance service fee is 100 EGP, and the applicant is exempt from this fee if the grievance is accepted and the violations are canceled.
      • No action may be taken regarding the license before the grievance is decided upon.
      • The grievance is reviewed and decided within 72 working hours from the date of submission.
