How to get it?

Now you can benefit from the Public Prosecution's services, whether for traffic, family, or criminal cases, free of charge for one month for inquiries. Orange Cash offers you the following services:

  • Inquiry and payment of traffic violations for yourself and others
  • Appealing and settling traffic violations
  • Obtaining a traffic clearance certificate and receiving it via post office
  • Obtaining an inheritance certificate, court ruling, or certificate from the case schedule, and many other services.

    • To benefit from the service, you must ensure the accuracy of your information and the required attachments for the Public Prosecution to review your request. You will receive a response within 24 hours. After reviewing your request, the Public Prosecution will determine the fees and send a payment notification. To complete the request, you pay the fees via Orange Cash within 24 hours for criminal cases and 72 hours for family cases.

    The Egyptian Post delivers Public Prosecution requests within two business days to Cairo and Giza and five business days to the rest of the governorates. You can track your shipment on the Post Office website using the shipment code that will appear in the "My Orders" section.

      • Criminal Prosecution and Family Prosecution T&C:

      • The service recipient must accurately enter their personal data and case details. The Public Prosecution bears no responsibility for incorrect data or any resulting fees.
      • Documents proving legal standing must be attached upon request. Documents unrelated to the subject of the application will not be considered.
      • A non-refundable application fee of 50 EGP is payable.
      • Payment for the service is made upon application submission via the applicant's electronic wallet. In case of an error during payment, the service recipient must contact their electronic wallet provider.
      • The applicant receives a reference number to track the application status via SMS.
      • The Public Prosecution reserves the right to reject the application without stating the reasons.
      • The applicant will receive an SMS within 48 hours of submitting the application, indicating the date for receiving the requested service.

        • Traffic Prosecution T&C:

      • The applicant must select all violations they wish to appeal and specify the reason for the appeal from the available options. Appeals for violations not listed are not permitted.
      • When selecting the reason for "repeated violation," both the original and repeated violations must be specified for review.
      • The appeal service fee is 100 EGP. This fee is waived if the appeal is accepted and the violations are dropped. No action may be taken on the license before the appeal is resolved.
      • Appeals will be resolved within 72 working hours of submission.
