After 10 years of successful cooperation, Orange Egypt signs a partnership renewal agreement with Amer Group

Orange Egypt and Amer Group celebrated the signing of their partnership renewal agreement which started 10 years ago to best serve the interests of the two companies' customers through a set of value-added services, products and offers,

The agreement was signed by Mr. Hesham Mahran, Orange Egypt Chief Enterprise Line of Business Officer at Orange Egypt, and Mr. Riad Mohamed Rifaat Mohamed, CEO and Managing Director of Amer Group in the presence of Eng. Yasser Shaker, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt, and Mr. Mansour Amer, Chairman of Amer Holding Group, in addition to senior officials of the two companies.

The renewal agreement will provide Amer Group’s residential projects, touristic resorts, and entertainment facilities with fully integrated services and solutions of voice, data, Wi-Fi connectivity in addition to cloud solutions, hosting, and other smart services.

Furthermore, Orange is to provide Orange Cash services in all Amer Group’s restaurants and entertainment facilities with the aim of supporting the states effort and Orange Group’s strategy of creating a cashless society that helps in the strategic direction of financial and digital inclusion that will eventually help and facilitates the users’ lives being an easy, fast and efficient method of payment directly from their mobiles.

The new partnership will also offer many advantages for Orange Egypt customers and employees by allowing them to redeem their points from Amer Group’s hotels and restaurants.

On this occasion, Hesham Mahran, Orange Egypt Chief Enterprise Line of Business Officer of Orange Egypt, expressed his happiness with the partnership renewal agreement with a giant entity such as “Amer Group” where he praised the long and successful history of cooperation between the two companies.

“Our mutual motive to provide high-quality services and products to our customers is a main reason for our long-term partnership and such a renewal agreement between two giant entities after 10 years of cooperation is a clear demonstration of the great success that this partnership holds” He added.

He concluded: "We are proud of this partnership and we pledge to provide unmatched experiences to our customers within the framework of the constructive and fruitful cooperation between Orange Egypt and Amer Group”.

For his part, Mr. Riad Mohamed Rifaat Mohamed, CEO and Managing Director of Amer Group, emphasized that the partnership between Orange and Amer Group has been long-standing for many years and that Orange has become a partner of success and accordingly, we were keen to continue working with a large entity that combines the power of mobile services with the expertise in digital services to ensure success in this area which comes in line with our projects where we aim to provide unique facilities and services to our customers.

He stated that the Group has diversified projects such as tourism and residential resorts, hotel apartments, commercial and administrative enterprises, restaurants, vacation clubs and commercial malls. The Group was pursuing a new strategy that focused primarily on investment and real estate development and expanding Amer’s projects.
