Orange Egypt Signs MoU with Dell Technologies to provide the Latest Digital Solutions for the Corporate Sector

The agreement brings the latest global expertise to the Egyptian market through Orange network that provides its corporate customers with high quality services.

On the sidelines of the two parties participation in Cairo ICT 2019 Exhibition that was held on December 1-4 under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Orange Egypt, the fastest network in Egypt, and Dell Technologies, the leading global end-to-end technology provider signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of senior governmental officials and experts in the ICT sector in Egypt and the region.

This MoU is part of Orange's ongoing plans to provide state-of-the-art digital solutions and boost the infrastructure of the governmental sector and corporate customers.

The MoU was signed between Hisham Mahran, Enterprise Line of Business Officer at Orange Egypt and Tarek Heiba, General Manager, Egypt & Libya at Dell Technologies. The signing ceremony was also witnessed by Eng. Yasser Shaker, Orange Egypt CEO , Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya and Levant at Dell EMC, and Mohamed Amin, Senior Vice President, Middle East, Turkey and Africa at Dell EMC.

Orange Egypt and Dell Technologies conducted several workshops where the two parties developed a proposed roadmap to deliver state-of-the-art digital services allocated for the government and private sectors and how to meet their needs of telecommunication services and digital transformation whereas digital transformation is an essential strategic feature for corporates’ success.

The MoU also discussed smart cities solutions and services, as well as digital technologies and modern data transfer through several smart solutions that demonstrate the possibility of adapting technology to serve this area which is one of the main pillars of smart cities development.
