Orange Egypt Partners with the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports to Enhance Traveler Experience

As part of its efforts to support Egypt's digital transformation agenda, Orange Egypt has partnered with the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation (EHCAAN) to deliver a suite of cutting-edge technological services that provide a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors and travelers. These services include free Wi-Fi, electronic device charging stations, smart displays, and technical support kiosks, with additional features set to be unveiled in the future.

As part of the partnership's initial phase, Orange has introduced free Wi-Fi to incoming and departing passengers at Cairo International Airport.

Orange Egypt is committed to providing an exceptional technological experience for visitors to Egypt from the moment they arrive, by installing Wi-Fi kiosks in all terminals to indicate the service availability, along with a specialized and highly trained support team to ensure seamless access to the service.

The partnership also includes the installation of AI-powered interactive screens to facilitate access to services and facilities within Cairo Airport. These screens will help travelers locate their designated lounges, boarding gates, provide real-time flight details and information, as well as an interactive map to ensure seamless navigation within the airport. Orange Egypt will also support the operation of these advanced services.

In addition, Orange Egypt is providing free charging stations for mobile phones and electronic devices, ensuring world-class services that offer travelers an exceptional travel experience.

Eng. Yasser Shaker, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt, expressed his pride in the strategic partnership with the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, emphasizing Orange's commitment to supporting Egypt's digital transformation and developing airport technology infrastructure.
