As Part of the New Academic Year Preparations and In Cooperation With the Ministry of Education, Orange Egypt Provides Free SIM Cards for the Educational Tablet and Introduces "Go Education" Discounted Bundle
As part of its ceaseless efforts to support the State’s efforts to develop education and provide students with the latest technical means compatible with the new education systems, Orange Egypt, the fastest network in Egypt, launched Internet lines and special internet bundles for the 1st secondary school students, in preparation for the new academic year. This initiative services the activation of the "educational tablet" that the Ministry of Education and Technical Education delivered for students of this educational stage.
Thanks to its developed networks and its superior infrastructure, Orange has been on the throne of the fastest communication networks in Egypt, especially with regard to data transmission and mobile Internet speeds, which is a key factor to facilitate students' access to the educational resources provided by the tablet, whether through the Egyptian Knowledge Bank or the scientific search engine for Knowledge Bank partners and other educational websites.
Offering bundles at discounted prices came in cooperation with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) where Orange will provide 1000 MB for only 5 EGP exclusively for students who have an Egyptian educational tablet.
