The Maadi Youth Training Center (MYTC) was founded in 1997 with the purpose of improving the skills of youth to assist them in finding employment opportunities. The youth completes an awareness program to bring about a positive change in their approach and understanding of the employment market and they are exposed to the available opportunities in the different sectors that now require specific skills. Additionally, the program aims to support youth in improving their communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and management in the workplace.
In summary, MYTC strives to assist youth in acquiring jobs through developing their technical and personal skills and mobilizing the private sector to provide these opportunities.
