Tania Asmar joined Orange Egypt in 2016, working her way to become Chief
            of Staff, Climate, Transformation and Corporate Governance Officer on July 1st, 2023, in addition to her
            upright positions as both Board of Directors Secretary and Audit Committee Secretary. 
          For more than 15 years Asmar has been, and continues to be, an active member of Orange
            group with notable imprints on all projects she takes on. Before joining Orange Egypt, she was Senior Legal
            Counsel Corporate, Orange SA, for 10 years. 
          On December 1, 2022, Asmar became Chief Climate Officer taking on challenging projects
            encompassing energy and circular economy with a focus on meeting the net zero carbon ultimate goal. Eight
            months later, she stepped up to lead the Transformation, Operational Efficiency and Corporate Strategy
            Department at Orange Egypt. 
          Asmar is a graduate of ESG Paris with a MBA in Management and Corporate Law with honours
            in 2007. She accomplished a Masters in International & European Public Law–Faculté Jean Monnet, Université
            Paris Sud in 2003 preceded by a Masters in Private Law from the Lebanese University with honours in 2001.
