Mohamed Shebl is the Chief Business Officer at Orange Egypt, bringing over 25 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, with a strong track record in driving digital transformation and business growth across local and regional markets.

In his current role, he leads Orange Egypt’s business segment, overseeing the development and delivery of integrated solutions for enterprise customers, including connectivity, digital solutions, cloud computing, and cybersecurity—enabling clients to accelerate their digital transformation and enhance competitiveness.

Since joining Orange Egypt, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s business strategy and supporting its evolution into a trusted technology partner delivering end-to-end solutions for enterprises, SMEs, and government entities.

Prior to his current role, Shebl served as Director of ICT at Orange Egypt, where he led the company’s technology transformation agenda, expanded its digital capabilities, and strengthened its cloud and cybersecurity offerings.

Before joining Orange Egypt, he held senior leadership roles at leading global and regional organizations, including Oracle, Vodafone Egypt, IBM, and Gulf Bridge International, driving business growth through innovation, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.

Shebl is known for his strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and ability to align technology with business objectives to deliver sustainable value. He holds a degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from Cairo University and has completed several advanced executive programs in sales, leadership, and digital transformation.
