Amani Sadek became Orange Egypt's Chief People and Facilities Officer, Human Resources & Corporate Support in October 2023.
Amani has started her career as an Auditor with Deloitte, then Accounting and Administration in Schneider Group for 4 years.
She joined Orange Egypt in 1998 with a career shift from Finance to HR with more than 25 years of experience and financial background. She has progressed through various leadership and operational roles since she joined Orange Egypt within the compensation, payroll, performance management, digitalizing HR processes and various HR functions. On top of her achievements, implementing HRMIS across HR functions.
In her latest position as the Director of Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, Human Resources, and Corporate Support, Orange Egypt, she was responsible for developing and implementing a reward and compensation strategy that aligned with the organization's objectives, beside the necessary HR strategies to support the business.
