Orange Egypt in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, sponsored the first Arab forum for special education schools, held from October 1st - 5th 2018 in Sharm El Sheikh City under the patronage and the attendance of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi along with a number of distinguished participants of ministers, public figures and 5 Arab delegations. The forum comes within the President’s decision to designate year 2018 as the year of people with disabilities.
Orange’s continuous interest in people with special needs and its keenness on developing their capabilities is an essential role towards the society in general and towards people with special needs in particular.
Through its sponsorship of the forum, Orange Egypt contributed to bring together leading and unique experiences in the field of special education among the Arab countries and highlighted the importance of integrating schools as an essential right for people with special needs to show their sports and artistic abilities.
The forum included a series of developmental activities for talented people with special needs in the field of graphics, drawing, photography, and others, as well as organizing a Five- a- side football tournament during forum days.
