  • Service will be locked to the first location where it is first activated.
  • In case you are relocating to another home, you can request to reset the lock to a new location by calling 110 or visiting the nearest orange shop. Reset location is allowed only for one time every 4 months starting from the service activation date.
  • After the basic quota runs out, the service will be stopped till monthly renewal date or adding an extra package.
