Mohamed Eltouny brings over 20 years of experience in customer service through the various management positions he has held in telecom operators in Egypt, Algeria, and Saudi Arabia
ElTouny started his Telecom career in Vodafone Egypt in the Customer care 1999 , then moved early 2005 to Mobily KSA where he established the call centers strategy, then joined Etisalat Egypt 2007 where he participated in the launch at 2007.
At 2010, Eltouny joined Orascom Telecom Algeria, Algeria’s telecom market leader as senior director managing Customer care and retail.
Eltouny was appointed at January 2015 as customer care Executive General Manager for Zain KSA where he transformed the customer experience across channels.
